Outside the production workshop of Shengli Oilfield Lifeng Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the newly produced automated electric energy storage and repair well machine is undergoing maintenance and debugging before delivery. As the first set of core technology equipment in Shandong Province in 2022, this equipment has changed the traditional driving mode from oil and diesel drive to electric drive, achieving the integration of well repair automation module and electric energy storage well repair machine. 

Liu Haidong, General Manager of Shengli Oilfield Lifeng Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., said: "We have four low characteristics of low energy consumption, low cost, low noise, and low pollution with low emissions. Among them, the low cost aspect means that based on current oil and electricity prices, we can save costs by about 90%. There is currently no relevant information on the structure and form of our product, as well as the functions of our current product, in this regard that has not been researched abroad."

Like Li Feng Company, Shengli Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is also the first to achieve innovation. The company replaces traditional three asynchronous motors with independently developed and produced permanent magnet synchronous motors, which not only reduces the volume of the company's core product, the submersible pump, by two-thirds, but also achieves a comprehensive energy-saving rate of over 25%. At present, the product has been successfully shipped to Kazakhstan and entered the international market. 

Shi Lei, Deputy General Manager of Shengli Pump Industry Co., Ltd., said, "Initially, the product was introduced from abroad. First, it was applied, digested, and absorbed, gradually localized. On this basis, through the continuous improvement of our scientific research personnel over the past 40 years, the product has been serialized and promoted. Especially in recent years, the breakthrough of submersible permanent magnet motors has put us ahead of the current industry level."

The petroleum equipment industry, which is gradually developing and growing with the development of Shengli Oilfield, is the leading industry in Dongying District, with main product production capacity accounting for more than one-third of the country. In recent years, Dongying District has actively built a new type of harmonious and win-win oil land relationship, built a platform for oil land co construction and sharing of scientific and technological innovation and development, planted a fertile ground for high-level petroleum technology innovation, and relied on high-end scientific research institutions such as Shengli Oilfield's "Five Institutes and One Center" to fully build a city of petroleum technology. Accelerate the aggregation and integration of innovative elements, build an innovative ecosystem of mutual integration and symbiosis between government, industry, academia, research, and finance, and make every effort to overcome a number of "bottleneck" technologies, "killer" products, and "first set" equipment. At present, it has 22 national key talent projects and Mount Taishan industry leading talent projects, 5 national research and development platforms, 66 provincial innovation platforms, more than 1600 independent intellectual property rights, 13 national and provincial science and technology progress awards, and 28 provincial first set products. Established the first comprehensive national level petroleum equipment product quality inspection center in China. 64 petroleum equipment enterprises above designated size in Dongying District have achieved full coverage of research and development institutions.
