"The project covers an area of 89 acres and has a total investment of 350 million yuan. It will be divided into two phases to build four fully automated welding robot assembly lines. Construction will officially start in a few days after the construction procedures are approved. It is expected that the first phase will be put into production in April next year," said Fang Linting, Chairman of Shandong Aozhou Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. with great enthusiasm. 

After 11 years of development, the existing site, equipment, and production capacity of Shandong Aozhou Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. urgently need to be improved. In terms of equipment, the company's existing manual welding production line is difficult to match the consistency of fully automated robot welding; On the site, there are currently six major production processes distributed in four factories. After one process is completed, products need to be transported to other factories using forklifts for processing in the next process, greatly affecting production efficiency; In terms of production capacity, the current daily production of 5 pumping units has reached its limit and cannot meet the expanding market demand. 

With the main focus on promoting intelligent manufacturing, the annual production of 60000 tons of intelligent petroleum equipment project undoubtedly conforms to the trend of the times. "The first phase of the project mainly constructs a production workshop with a length of 309 meters and a width of 73 meters, using a fully automated welding robot assembly line to connect the current six production links, improving production efficiency and product stability while reducing production costs." Fang Linting said that with the addition of advanced equipment such as high-precision machine tools, the product processing accuracy and appearance quality will also be improved, which can reach the international leading level. 

Since its official launch in April this year, the project has progressed very smoothly. Behind this is the nanny style service provided by local government departments. It is reported that the main person in charge of the Zibo Economic Development Zone is responsible for the project, and the staff of the Industrial Development Promotion Bureau of the Development Zone provide full tracking services, from project approval, land acquisition to environmental impact assessment... As long as Shandong Aozhou Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. needs it, the staff are on call and actively guide the enterprise in handling various procedures. 

At the moment when spring is warm and flowers are blooming, this project can be put into production. "After all the projects are put into operation, we will become the second largest domestic exporter of pumping units," said Fang Linting with confidence.
