The sealed tail pipe hanger is an additional top packer on the basis of the hydraulic tail pipe hanger. The drilling tool is further lowered to cut the seat seal shear nails, and the packer expands under external force, Seal the tail pipe from the upper casing to form an effective seal. The packer is equipped with a self-locking device that can achieve permanent sealing, with a sealing capacity of over 30MPa.
