Process principle:

As the first stage fracturing slide sleeve, the toe end slide sleeve is inserted into the well along

 with the casing to the predetermined position and completes the cementing operation. During

 fracturing, only pressure is needed through the wellhead to open the slide sleeve, forming the 

first stage of fracturing channel, which can replace continuous tubing perforation operation, 

improve operation efficiency, reduce work risks and costs.

Technical advantages:

Large diameter design ensures the passage of cementing plugs and later operation tools;

Can meet the requirements of full well pressure testing before shale gas well fracturing, with 

adjustable pressure testing for 15-30 minutes and reliable sliding sleeve opening;

Spray anti adhesive coating on the inner wall of the sliding sleeve to prevent the cementing 

cement slurry from solidifying on the inner wall.
